Fraud & theft

I placed an order to renew my prescription with Caremark. I used my debit card and I was charged $249.43 ( which is the correct amount) and also charged an additional $261.43 on the same day. The $261.43 was actually removed my my account.


Nothing, I will no longer use them. Even if I have to pay more in the long run

How is it fraud or theft when by your own words they removed it from
the account on the same day.

Did you find out what the 261.43 was for? Did you call and talk to
anyone? What did they say? Was it possibly an incorrect charge that
was corrected with the $249 amount?

That's not fraud, that's a simple error.

And you say that the charge was removed from your account anyway, so
how exactly do you figure that's theft?
