Not honoring confirmed rate on check in.

I had a confirmed rate at check in for 69.89 for 3 nights checking in on Feb 8 and checking out on Feb 11th. The desk clerk that checked me out said he wouldn't honor the rate at check in which ended up costing me an extra 71.94. 59.94 in extra charges when I have a computer print out of the confirmed 3 night rate at 69.89 inclusive of taxes. Then they advertised they had a complimentry shuttle to the Port. Two doctors beside myself utilized this service. On the 2nd night they gave us a lot of problems regarding picking us up. Even though both of us told them we were at a conference at the Port and had made arrangements PRIOR to check in to be sure this would be a daily service. The second night a very angry person finally picked us up....but screamed at us the whole time they wouldn't do it tomorrow. That cost me $12.00 extra in parking at the port the next day. I would never have stayed there if I hadn't called prior to making the reservation to be sure they would do the complimentry port service they advertised at the time on their Website. I confirmed that service again on check in. Due to the excessive rage the driver on the second night expressed I was afraid for my safety and the safety of my car the last night. It was quite distressing. This took the focus off the purpose of the trip which was to absorb as much knowlege from the Harvard professors as possible in medical education.
I had a confirmed print out of my rate of 69.89/night inclusive of taxes for the 3 nights. To not have them honor that and just scream at me. " No way no how am I honoring that rate". I have requested the refund of 71.94 from USAirmastercard.
The people I talked to on the phone were great before I decided to stay there. The first day's driver was great and the morning driver on the second day was great. We tipped all the drivers including the one with rage disorder that yelled and screamed at us at the afternoon pick up on day two.
I asked to speak to a supervisor. The check out clerk refused to get one for me and just said he was not going to honor my confirmed rate.
At no point was I contacted by the staff.
REfund to my credit card the 71.94 extra that it cost me on my card they charged without my permission. 59.94 in extra hotel fees above my confirmed rate on check in (for which I hold the computer print out) and the 12. in parking it cost for them not honoring the complimentry port transport on day 3. Total refund should be 71.94 to my USAIRWAYS Mastercard. Check in was 2/8/2012 with a check out early morning on 2/11/2012. Dr Jeanie Branconi room 144. Thanks, Dr Branconi
