Need to make some changes at Florence, SC Zaxby's

When returning from a wonderful Spring Break weekend away with my 2 daughters (both under 5), my sister and my mother we decided to stop at the Zaxby's located at Florence Harllee Boulevard in Florence, SC for lunch. We stop at around 11:45am expecting a busy lunch crowd, my mother immediately goes to order our food while my sister and I find a seat with my daughters. She ordered our food at 11:50am(per her receipt) and we WAITED an hour before we received our food!!
Apparently, the cook staff was not prepared to cook for such a high volume of people. If this was the case, millions of Americans are without work. Please higher another worker so that customers will not be turned away from your restaurant. I saw several customers come in and see the wait which caused them to turn around and walk back out the door. Therefore this Zaxby's is losing money.

Um.... 1145 is prime lunch time for most places.
that's why you got a crowd.
If you want to avoid lunch crowds it's better to try before lunch - say 10 or so. or after lunch hours

While Zaxby's has excellent chicken, they are slow- whether it is a busy time or not. If you are hungry and want to eat right away, do not go to Zaxby's. If you can wait 20-30 minutes (sometimes longer), it is well worth it. Not really sure why this is, but it is. And there is always plenty of help at the one near us. I think it has something to do with the chicken cook time. Maybe they need a larger kitchen.

Who waits an hour for fast food? Or makes two young children wait? After 20 minutes, you get up and ask questions. If you don't like the answer, you ask for your money back and go elsewhere.

this restaurant is a sit-down (like Applebees or Chilli's) or fast food (like Hardees or McDonald's) so I don't know what a "normal" wait time would be like. Did you ask anyone when you ordered how long it would be?
But given the time of day it was (assuming a weekday - you didn't mention if it was or not) a lot of orders may have been going out the door as well, even if there wasn't a full restaurant.
Secondly, just because there are MANY unemployed people in the country right now, doesn't mean all companies are financially in a position to hire them at this time (thus, why there are so many unemployed people!)
So, while an hour wait for food is annoying, it's not that unusual during a busy time and, while I hate to be a broken record, did you mention your concerns to the manager on duty?
