Billing scam

On my Dec,5 2011 billing statement it had a list of current fees for service. It stated the economy bundle would increase from 79.85 a month to 84.85 a month. I want to know why mine increased to 94.99 a month. I am being told this was a promotion, even though I had this for over 3 years.I feel Comcast is no longer a reputable company.

I want to be billed for the economy bundle which should be $84.85 a month

"Or tell them your thinking about canceling" - be prepared for them to call your bluff though by PepperElf Tue April 10, 2012 @ 2:30 PM

I had that happen, and i did in fact end up cancelling. by Store Manager Chad Tue April 10, 2012 @ 4:49 PM

He has to have every channel and HD as well. We did almost the same
thing. Our cost went up and I told him I was calling to downgrade
service since we rarely used the entire "gold" package. The first
call yielded nothing so we called back and said we were going to
downgrade or cancel if they couldn't improve the price and we ended up
getting our original price back.

Good idea about checking your statements. Many people are being
charged for things like routers they don;t have.
