Poor Food/Service in a Dirty Restaurant

My husband and I went into the restaurant to have dinner prior to going to a musical. We walked up to the counter to place our order, and the employee, who I believe to be the manager, looked over at us and said "be with you in a minute" and proceeded to finish her conversation with a friend who had come in. She then turned and reprimanded the employees in the back about something, while we stood there waiting to order. Finally, she turned to us to take our order. I ordered a Whopper with cheese, no tomato, and a medium fries. My husband ordered one of the new chicken wraps, but he wanted it with cheese and ketchup only. The manager said "Well it comes with this..." and named off the ingredients. My husband told her he understood that, but he wanted his fixed a certain way. He also ordered a regular chicken sandwich, cheese and ketchup only, and a medium drink. We then sat down in the nearly empty restaurant to wait for our order. All the tables were dirty, so we chose one that looked the least dirty. After waiting at least 10 minutes, our name was finally called, so I went to pick up our order. The manager told me where the ketchup was, and I asked about napkins. She replied "on the tray." I looked at my tray, and there was 1 napkin for 4 food items for 2 people! We began to eat our food. My Whopper was o.k. but kind of heavy on onions so I took some off. My fries were cold. My husband's chicken wrap was prepared as he ordered it, but his chicken sandwich was burnt to a dark brown. We decided to just eat our food, since we had a show to go to, and deal with it later.

I complained on the company's website and have not received an acknowledgement that my complaint was even received, so I decided to post it here.

Speak to this manager about the service we received, and the overall lack of quality of the restaurant. As I said, the restaurant was nearly empty (only 1 other table was occupied when we sat down) so there was no reason for all the tables to be dirty and for us to wait 10 minutes for sub-par food.

Planetfedback is a great way to contact companies, however when I have
written Burger King on this site before, I never heard back. I agree
with your complaint - it sounds like the manager has no idea how to
run a restaurant - Maybe that's why it was so slow???

I completed their "mybkexperience.com" survey from the back of my
receipt and also contacted them via their website. Usually when you
contact a company online, you will at least get an e-mail
acknowledging receipt of your comments, but in this case, nothing.
