I hate Cox with a purple passion. TV? I hate TV now. It's so stressful to watch TV. It is so hard to understand their remote.

The phone number they gave me receives dozens of solictors, bill collectors for Maria. Who the hell is Maria?. Maria if you are out there, pay your bills. I'm at wits end. I'm cancelling the TV and the phone. The internet isn't that bad, it's pretty fast compared to what i had in the past. So, i'm dumping the TV and Phone. Odios padres.

Rethink your whole service. People like ease of use, there's nothing easy about your service.

but I almost peed my pants laughing over this!

Hate it with a purple passion! LOL!

All kidding aside, you do know they make universal remotes that may be
easier for you to use, right? Head over to Best Buy or Target and you
can probably pick up a nice one for $20-$30.

As to the wrong number calls - well, that's not Cox's fault. They
couldn't have known that was "Maria's" number. I would contact the
actual phone company (for example, you can get local carriers here for
service, but the actual lines are serviced through AT&T) and ask them
to block any of the numbers coming through that are for her. That
way, you won't even have to be bothered with it.

Phone numbers are usually recycled. I know it is a pain in the neck.
I went through it for 6 months with everyone (it seemed) asking for a
"Bunny ($). It stopped when I showed up at the collection agency in
person. It was the local billing dept of the hospital here. The
found out the fun way that I am not who they are looking for. never
heard another word from them and it's been a few years.
