Parking voucher is a rip off.

This week, I purchased five season passes to Six Flags New England. I was told that this included a parking voucher but after I paid, found I am expected to drive to the park by this weekend to validate the voucher. The park is hours away from my home and this would be very inconvenient. This makes me feel swindled. I tried to call to find out what hours I can have my pass validated but no one answers the phone. I left a message but have no idea when I will receive a response. I work all week, including the weekend so if I don't validate today, I can't validate at all.

Information about this voucher should be given BEFORE payment is made. It is advertised as free, but if I need to take a day off of work and use a tank of gas, it isn't free. Someone should be available to let people know the hours of validation and this information should be on the website. Nothing is on the website with this information. I spent the last two hours going though the site trying to get what I needed. It was frustrating not to find it and even more so when I called and got no answer.

Six Flags New England obviously is only expecting to have these vouchers used by local people. I feel I have been ripped off just because I don't live near the park. If something isn't done, we will not be visiting next year. That would be a shame because we have been regular customers for years.

I am familiar with Six Flags New England since it was Riverside Park.
I was surprised at the lack of customer service the park offers. I
purchased a ticket for my son, five years of age. I read only the
information about the height restrictions and was questioning the
ticket policy because at four years of age my child did not meet the
measurement to ride most rides and still had to pay full child ticket
fare. I was not pleased about it but I paid over 41.00 for his
ticket. It took me a couple of seconds to realize that I was better
off purchasing a season and decided to stop by the customer service
department prior to entering the park. To my surprise, not only was I
not able to return the ticket but I was told rather rudely that it was
"my fault" for not reading the signs that are posted anywhere. I
requested to speak to a manager and the customer service employee
refused stating that the rules were the rules. The only way, I could
upgrade to a season pass was by paying an additional $24.99, take it
or leave it. I purchased the ticket because I knew that I would return
in the future, however, I will not advocate for the park. I left a
message to the President of the park not expecting a response and as
expected, they never bothered to return my call.
Too bad for Six Flags, they are in no way similar to the parks at
Disney and somehow they believe that they do not need to maintain
ethical standards when it comes to their sales policies!

It seems to me that getting people to validate their voucher is a way
to get people in the park early in the season? I mean, if someone's
going to drive there, they probably aren't going to get their parking
voucher validated and that's it -- they're going to do that PLUS go to
the park for the day (and presumably spend some money on food, etc.).

Is that not the case here?

Really hate Malkin too - dirtiest player in the NHL.
