Today I went to Whole Foods Market on Pines blvd ( off I75 ) hoping to get a quick coffee. There were only few people in the cafeteria ahead of me but was taking very long time . So decided to drop the idea of getting coffee and walked out to the checkout aisle with a biscotti.
And that is where the wonder started !
Debbie, an employee from Specialty wines section (Apologize if I spelled the name wrong) noticed me walking without a coffee, spoke to me and confirmed I was walking out because of the delay, spoke to the manager (Luis) and gave me a free complimentary coffee ( skipping all the lines). She had no reason or need to do that to me. It was not even her area. Amazing.. Simply amazing. Never have I seen same service in any other stores I visit.
I got my coffee, and WFM got a lifetime customer. I wish every company builds "Debbie's" in their storefronts
