We went into you location on Tarpon Bay Blvd and Immok Road in Naples, Florida yesterday.
And the store was boiling HOT... we asked if the AC could be set to cooler.. and they said that wasn't possible , simply because the AC system is controlled by the corporate office, and that the AC system is also broken, and wont be repaired.
My Grandmother uses oxygen, and she was so Hot inside the store because of all the heat from the grills and deep fryers, she actually had her blood pressure monitor go to extreme levels.
We loved going to this Burger King every week, but we cant continue to visit this store, until the AC is corrected..
Please correct the AC issue in this store, so we can all visit this location again.
I noticed several customers complaining about this stores heat levels, but I thought I would write this letter on behalf everyone!

It's a sign from God.
You probably shouldn't be eating fast food grease burgers if you have high blood pressure. And of course you could have just left or ate in your air conditioned car.

I think the fast food will kill you before the heat will.

they will get their AC fixed as soon as possible without you complaining about it. After all, they WORK there 8 hours a day.

Glad you are not my grandson. You must learn to make decisions that will keep granny safe. This was not one of them. Better thinking next time.

I live in Florida. Currently.
There are days when even my own home feels too hot, and that is with the A/C going and the ceiling fans going. Yesterday, I was driving, windows closed and A/C going, it was mid-afternoon and I was still hot.
This is a HOT, Muggy, humid state. The outside air does have something to do with this as well.
It has been unseasonable hot here as well.

You got the title wrong, Elias. It should be "poor choices by us caused my grandmother's health to drop."

Nothing wrong with letting them know the AC was an issue..but really just leave. Get it to go, use the drive through window (I assume you had an auto with AC) Go to another BK to buy and eat. Looks like there are 7 BK's in Naples. You should not of stayed if it was making a family member ill.
I am sure it was miserable for the staff at BK working in all that heat.

Then the best thing to do is to complain to the corporate office. Corporate makes the decisions.

they live in Florida.
Grama is on oxygen, which usually has to be kept cool.
They were TOLD the air was not functioning and it was not likely to be fixed.
And yet they stayed and ate and then complained about it.
Yeah. That makes PERFECT sense!

If heat endangers her health why did you stay there and risk it?

Am I correct in understanding that your burger was more important than you grandmothers health?? You could have taken her back to the car and went through the drive through and gotten the food. She would have been happy and cool and her BP would have remained at safe levels.
