We have recently moved our business in the area of McDonald's north by the truck stop in Bismarck nd and too much disappointment it has been a disaster. The last four times we have gone through the drive through our order was either incomplete or completely wrong. Just today we were missing one of our sandwiches as well as even the napkins and our straws! The girl in the drive thru even assurred my husband that the straws and napkins were in the bag. This is getting ridiculous. 4 two meal orders....that's 8 value meals.
All wrong! I expected better service for all the money we spend there and in the future we will probably have to still eat there just because of the convenience in our location but quite frankly we may have to drive the extra distance if this continues.
Prove your service isn't always this bad.

is to go inside where you can easily double check what you're getting. Saves a lot of frustration.

I agree with the other posters. I ALWAYS check my order before I leave the drive-thru lane.
I cannot even begin to tell you how many times fast food places get my burger order wrong.
I only eat plain hamburgers, which is the simplest entree to make at a fast food place.
Based on how often they get my burger wrong, you'd think I was asking them to construct a nuclear reactor.
FYI to fast food workers - a "plain hamburger" is just a hamburger and a bun - NOTHING ELSE.
A "plain cheeseburger" is a hamburger, cheese and a bun.
I know 4 year olds that understand this logical distinction.

Maybe you should go in and place your order. That way you can watch as they bag your order. You can also get the straws, napkins and condiments you need.

Considering it's happened 4 times in a row... I would suggest checking before you drive away.

a value meal? I don't eat at McTroughs, so I have no idea. But I tend to believe you get what you pay for.
