3 hours on the phone and they still want to suck blood. I hope they go out of business or all their jobs go to India.

I changed phone service 8 days early on a 2 year contract. They wanted 100 dollars for 8 days.

This experience is a reflection of America's economy. With this kind of customer care it is no wonder why America, in general, is suffering.

I hope the CEO(s) that created these policies enjoy their short term gains.

Remember, what goes around, comes around. They eroded my faith in corporate America.

Any self respecting person at tmobile should quit and go on unemployment. Policies at this company are troubling.

So you wanted to end your contract early.

Thats why you were charged an early termination fee.

You seriously had faith in corporate america before this? I admire
your optimism. My faith in corporate america died about 30 years ago.

A contract is a contract. You aren't going to get an early upgrade,
one day, eight days, ten days or a year before it is up. If they gave
you a phone early they would have to do it for everyone else. And it's
only eight days - you couldn't wait?

By the way, if someone QUITS their job they do not get unemployment,
That is reserved for people who are laid off by no fault of their own.
