This company I think is a fraud/scam I have the powder and if you are not happy they say you will have 100 % guarantee refund liars still waiting for the refund and they keep on telling me that they have to wait for the CONTAINER my gosh how much is the container!!!!!! I leave in UK and I sent the cONTAINER in Japan have to pay £2 pounds for it and how on earth will I know if they recieved or not the CONTAINER anyway I want my £19.50 back stupid I know should not buy that expensive product but bec. Of the 100 % guarantee refund I bought it ... Scam fraud I think anyway called my bank today to check where did my PayPal payment went bec the last time they said it is nt wired in JApan and so they will sent me papers to fill In so they can start investigation.

I want my refund

It's going to take time to get there - at least a week or two.


they can't just take your word on it that you sent it in. they have
to verify it first.

If you had sent the container with some sort of tracking information
on it, you'd be able to say definitively that they got it.
Unfortunately, that's hindsight. At this point, I'm pretty sure their
policy is "you have to return any unused product or the empty
container" and if there's not proof that you returned it to them,
they'll refuse the refund.
