Rude and non-valid company

This company charged my cell phone provider with charged me for services I did not request.
internet scam- on statement is says "MyBibleVerses" after calling the company they stated this was prize offering over the internet. I still never signed up for. They also stated it was a binding agreement in where i didn't receive any statement from them other then the bill on my cellphone bill.
They were rude over the phone stating they will not refund my money. I requested to to speak to a supervisor and the man explained that he was the person i was to talk tbo. He said there is nothing i can do and will not refund my money.

refund of money and written apology from this company- This is not a valid company and should be closed. Internet scams company should not be allowed to assess email or phone numbers from other companies.
