MACAFEE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING

Your company is like a bunch of clowns running it. The official language of the United States is English. We are unable to understand someone from India or China very well unless they speak somewhat good/understandable English.
All I wanted to know was why virus companies charge you a monthly fee and when you get a virus they let go through we have to pay $89 to get rid of it?? Wouldn't this be a very profitable way to make money on your part to let virus go thru? Then you can charge more customers money to get rid of them???
I was transfered to 3 people and the girl Katcerine then wanted to transfer me again, when I was assured that she would be able to answer all my questions. I was on the phone with your company at least 2 hours.
I wanted an upgraded plan where it would include insurance that if a virus got thru that they would take it out. I wanted to know if these silver and gold plans could do that, and she had no idea what they were about.
You don't train your people very well. They know alot about one very specific thing and if you ask them anything else a customer is transfered again and again.
You guys don't have to do anything. You are currently incapable of satisfying my puchase needs.
