Next to ZERO cellphone coverage inside my house

Posted Fri May 18, 2012 6:38 pm, by Harsh D. written to AT&T Mobility (Wireless)

Write a Letter to this Company

I am a AT&T wireless subscriber for more than 3 years now.

I have AT&T Wireless, U-Verse Internet and TV at my current apartment in San Jose. I decided to move to a new apartment in the same locality and I get barely 1 bar cellphone coverage in this apartment.

The kitchen and bedroom have ZERO coverage so you cannot make phone calls. So here I am, an AT&T patron with subscription to Wireless, Internet and TV and I cannot make phone calls in my own house !

AT&T keeps sending emails about installing cellular towers in our vicinity and thats one of the reasons I shifted to this new place. But still I have no cellphone coverage inside my house.

Please provide me with a microcell since me and my girlfriend both have AT&T wireless phones (which will be useless without the microcell in our house).

Use the internet connection to fire up the wireless option on your
phone. Works like a champ.

I don't know if they CAN help you if your house has crappy reception
though.

Where I live ALL carriers have crap reception. I have AT&T through
tracfone, my bf has tmobile and a neighbor has sprint. I'm sure
verizon is the same...

Crap reception, because the brick walls of this apartment complex are
just too thick.

Harah D.,

If your contract and this letter get them to provide what you ask for
at no cost please stop back and let us know.

I'm old school when I hear of this problem. In the '50's our phones
were screwed to the wall so that is where they rang, we answered and
we did our phone business. Therefore, that is pretty much the boat you
are in. Until you hear back leave your phone in that room and think
Leave it to Beaver, The Lone Ranger and 45 cent gas.
