I shopped at Dierbergs grocery store on watson rd,received excellent customer service upon the check out, the cashier,was enthusiastic,friendly,visually aware. responsive as I said hello,asked if i had coupons for the purchase and inquiry if i needed help out w/ the groceries,she went above and beyond customer service.

I couldn't help by MA Bellamy Posted Wed May 23, 2012 @ 8:53 AM giggling every time I red the title of this letter. Even though I could see it wasn't spelled that way, all I could think of was "Dirtbags!" LOL But thank you for letting them know they did a great job. It's nice when people remember to give that acknowledgement.
