Refusal to address issues

This company has now been informed of the disappointing service that I experienced in their establishment back in March 2012. Twice now, two different reps from the company contacted me and after a full complaint, they fell off of the surface of the planet. I have now been ignored by TWO company reps! This is unacceptable. I was offered a $20 coupon, which I found insulting. All I wanted was a heartfelt apology. Now, it's been 20 (twenty) days and no response after my 2nd (second) full description of the initial complaint. This is unacceptable! And the reason that this company should be completely exposed. It seems that they refuse to take the proper responsibility for the action of the franchise branches!
Originally all I wanted was a heartfelt apology, but after this being drug out from MARCH, I want a private and public apology as well as a full refund of my original visit!
