Poor service and threatening employee at D'Angelo's

On May 31st, I placed an order online to your store located @ 75 3RD Ave, Waltham, MA.

I arrived at location at the time specified to pick it up, only to find that my order was just starting to be processed. After having received my order, it was incomplete, so I asked for the milk ordered online, as my kids do not take any fountain beverage.

The manager on duty was quite rude, offensive and inattentive, yelled at me to get a soda or lemonade, to which I complained and she kept yelling back; I asked about a juice from the freezer, to which she replied it was more expensive and I offered to pay.

At that point and out of nowhere, one of the workers behind the counter started to scream loudly at me "WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM", "WHO THE HELL ARE YOU" and threatening me to come out and hit me, to the point that the other persons in the place had to restrain him and get him forcefully to the back of the kitchen.

I had to walk out of the store with an incomplete order, the shame of being threatened in public and mistreated by the manager and the tattooed vandal employed there, I have to say that the rest of the staff was mostly attentive and respectful, but the members described above were completely out of line and extremely disrespectful, borderline to a lawsuit for assault and battery in the case of the latter.

Aside from a formal apology to remediate the offense caused, nothing really, it is a place that I would never go back to visit, at the risk of being insulted or even getting injured by the thug who works there. As for my working place and office park of companies, I'll certainly make sure that they also thing twice before getting any of their business to such location.

I truly hope that your company does not get involved into a lawsuit anytime soon due to the lack of attention to the people who work there. As for the manager, she truly has to learn how to deal with customers, worst experience ever in my life dealing with someone who is supposed to be taking care of the company's business.

So was it a girl or a guy? You used him and she. You don't seem to
know .

Not only did you get an incomplete order, it seems as if there is an
incomplete story here.
