I have a question and hope you can help me. I am a student that went to Darien Lake today June 1st 2012. I had a green camouflaged key chain with a pink bus pass card and two silver keys attached to it. The pink bus pass is what I use everyday to take the bus to school and without it I'm in trouble and the two keys are the keys to my house whick is even more trouble. I believe I had it until I was either on the Viper, The Ranger, The UFO, or the MotorCoaster. I didn't realize that I did not have it until I got home from Darien Lake. Is there anyway that Customer Service could find a way to help me find it or is there no way of retrieving it back?
I'm hoping you can help me because that is what I use to go through everyday.

Last year I left a cellphone in a restaurant. I called the restaurant,
among other places I might have left it, and nobody turned it in. I
then went on Craigslist "Lost and Found" section and lo and behold my
cellphone was there. I called the guy, confirmed the description, and
picked it up.
In case it was found by a less-than-honest person, I'd also check the
Craigslist "For Sale" section, too. ;)

i really hope you do get it back asap.
not because it's something you need. but because your letter is
polite and, unlike other letters i read here, you didn't accuse them
of stealing something you lost.
i mean i'd normally hope you get it back anyway, just... now it's an
even stronger feeling.

I agree - call them.
Someone might have turned it in, but... do not hold your breath
either.
It was a big park back when I use to go there. I doubt it's changed
much since then.

Now that I think about it more I'm sure I lost it on the Ranger. I
remember when the ride went upside down I could of sworn I saw
something fall off of it but I never paid attention. So now I'm
completely sure it fell in some bushes near the ride.
