Is this really how you want your staff treating your customers?

I took my car to Jiffy Lube in Blue Springs and not only did they over charge me for an oil change and tire rotation ($329.77) but when the guy running the register tried to credit it back, HE CHARGED ME THAT AMOUNT TWICE!!!! I called the District manager and he passed me off to another district manager who said he would get this issue resolved and call me back that day. A WHOLE WEEK went by and I heard NOTHING!! So I called my bank and had them stop the payments, which they did, and today i get letters from my bank saying that JIFFY LUBE told them that they were LEGITAMATE CHARGES and now US BANK is taking BOTH CHARGES back out of my ACCOUNT!!!!

on top of all of that, they didn't tighten the lug nuts on the front of my car (which did some sort of damage as my car now shakes anytime I go over 35mph) and they gave my envelope with all of my banking and personal information TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER!!!!

And the manager (TIM) had the nerve to call me a liar and tell me that he did call me back and spoke with me that day because he has it written down in his notes. I assure you, he did not and I have the phone records to back it up!

I want a FULL (not partial) REFUND of ALL CHARGES, A FORMAL Appology and for my car to be FIXED CORRECTLY at the Expense of Jiffy Lube.

I hear you loud and clear about Jiffy Lube! UGH!

If you don't get satisfaction from their management team, contact your
local news station to see if they run a consumer rip-off series (or
your local paper)

I agree with you 100%, you should be refunded your original $329.77 +
the two incorrect charges. You should ONLY pay for what you
purchased!

One more reason to avoid Jiffy Lube!
