I'm not sure they have a number but if anybody does it would be them.

The few times I've been in WalMart I saw a number to call if you had
been in line too long. Never used it though I was tempted just to
count the rings and hear the response.

Until shoppers start voting with their feet and spending their cash
elsewhere plus taking the time to tell them why they are no longer
shopping W it will never change.

That being said. W has trained their shoppers or in other words
lowered their expectation so most will tow the company line, stay in
line and put up with it.

Not sure if W responds to these types of letters. If in what you think
is a reasonable amount of time has passed and you have not gotten a
response you might want to copy/paste it to the Contact Us Section at
Walmart.com.
