You can demand they bring someone back but... that doesn't mean it's
in the realm of the possible.

even if you threaten to leave them.

The pharmacist may have moved on to a better job where your favorite
store cannot afford to offer more $ to retain them. (not without
screwing the customer over with price increases to compensate for it
that is)

and if the tech was fired then... they might not be able to bring him
back no matter what anyone else wants. (especially if it was over
performance issues or legal problems).

and even if they could do all of this it wouldn't happen in 7 days
most likely.

Your letter reads like the equivalent of "I'm going to hold my breath
until I get my way"

Sounds like you are frustrated with the new pharmacist at Supervalu
Inc.

Is there someone in charge, who is over this particular pharmasist,
that you could speak to at Supervalu regarding your problems with him
or her?

If so, then that person can adress your problems with that particular
pharmacist. Then hopefully things will improve, & you will not have to
switch pharmacies.

Aw, too bad. That pharmacist took a great job at Target for more
money and better hours. He sold his house, moved his family to a new
town, and found a new church.

Too bad he has to say goodbye to all of that just to appease you.

My boyfriend has had good experiences and bad experiences with his
Walmart pharmacy.

The most recent bad experience he had was when he was waiting in line
to get some test strips to check his blood sugar. The customer at the
counter took a LONG time with his trasaction. There were 3 employees
at that pharmacy at the time. I was with him, & we waited in line
before he chose to leave. Other people were in line as well, but the
pharmacy staff did not offer to help the other customers, including
us, in any way while the customer at the counter was being waited on.

So there are no guarantees that if the OP switches to his Walmart
pharmacy that he will receive better service.

How do you know he was let go? He might have transferred to another
store or maybe even retired. Or maybe he found somewhere else to work.
The fact is that if he left, then there's nothing they can do to get
him back.

If you want to switch pharmacies, then do it. No one is forcing you to
use that supermarket's pharmacy other than yourself.
