horrible service !!!

I have been with Sprint for over 12 years I never had a problem with phones or service but recently I have had horrible service for the past 2 months I have called Sprint on serval occasion and they said that there was nothing they could do then my HTC phone wouldn't go on the interent and apps wouldn't work, WiFi wasn't working so I called and complained and went to a Sprint store they told me that they couldn't do anything I asked for an early up grade to get a new phone and they couldn't do that. I am thinking about changing cell service !!!

Do something with service and take care of customers who have been whig your company for years

The North Shore is notorious for poor Sprint coverage, all the rich folk don't want any more towers, ha, ha. I had Sprint/Nextel for all of my drivers and techs on LI and our one complaint was North Shore coverage. My husband was travelling on the NS and I needed to get him for something important. I finally had to call his friend who had Verizon to get him. Reply
