My problems with ADT began in January 2012. I was leaving work and got a notice from ADT that the sensor had been tripped. I had planned on doing some errands after work so was about 40 minutes from the house. My husband was up by his office and was getting fuel in his vehicle. We both finished what we were doing and went directly to the house. I arrived first with no ADT person in sight. My husband arrived about 10 minutes later no ADT person in sight. After I was home for about 20 minutes, the ADT person arrived. He was very rude and his explanation for how long it took him to get there was he had other customers and traffic. When I signed up for ADT, I was told that we were paying extra for guard response. They did regular patrols. And, their arrival time would be within 15 minutes day or night. Luckily for me, there was no intruder. My dog had gotten out of the bathroom and setoff the alarm.

I am out of town and so is my husband. This is one of the reasons why we got the alarm. FIre alarm is called by ADT. SInce we are out of town they will not call the fire department to come out. What good are they? I was never advised that I had to be in town to obtain services.

Without our authorization, energy company shuts off our power (Bill was paid miscommunication).
ADT calls and says alarm has low battery but power has been off in our area. Never received another call. ALrm was due to be shutoff because of these other issues. I asked ADT To leave it on. It was shutoff anyway apparently. Alarm has been activated twice this month with no contact from ADT.
Refund all of my money that they have taken since they have not performed the services as promised.
