Nordstrom Suit

My most recent "Suit Alterations" didn't fit. I was even forced to purchase a new suit off the rack in Los Angeles since I didn’t have anything for the wedding. I was 'pissed' to say the least but was confident given the lifetime of shopping I've done with you. I was sadly mistaken and treated like a conman or criminal suspect or derelict in addition to being belittled and patronized by the Manager.
I called numerous times, chatted with livechat, even went into the store twice at metro point and was insulted. The Manager at Metro Pointe Refuses to return it.
I regret to inform you that the $10,000.00+/year I spent at Nordstrom's is done! I am so pissed off at how I've been treated by the staff thus far from your Metro Point Location.
I need help before I go to smalls claims court.
RN
Refund the entire purchase and apologize for the horrible treatment and take action on the staff who refused to stand behind their product and most importantly their now obviously and likely permanently blemished service.

How does a suit alteration not fit? Don't you wear the suit while they measure it?
How long was it between your latest measurements & alterations and the wedding?

Nordstrom's makes a big -- no, a HUGE -- production about the quality of their customer service. They need to put their money where their mouth is and refund the purchase.

I am a bit confused. You purchased the suit at Nordstrom, but did they do the alterations? If THEY did them and got them wrong, they should offer to do additional alterations to make the suit fit you.But the suit can't be returned. If you had the alterations done elsewhere, Nordstrom owes you nothing. You will need to go to where you had the alterations done and have THEM fix it.
I have never picked up an article of clothing after having it altered without trying it on before leaving the store to make sure it was right.

The reason why you were "forced" to buy another suit is because you did not try on your suit BEFORE the wedding. You tried it on the DAY of the wedding. In order to make the needed alterations, you have to try on the suit well before the wedding takes place. That way the alterations can be done in a timely manner, & you will not have to spend the money on another suit the day of the wedding.
The suit cannot be returned & refunded because it was altered. It is no longer the original size when you tried it on at Nordstrom's.
I understand that you are pissed at Nordstrom's, but you did not try the suit well before the wedding took place. I would be pissed at myself if I did that, NOT at the store.
I do not see how the manger telling you no, your altered suit cannot be returned = being treated as a criminal. I also do not understand how you were insulted just because the manager told you no, your altered suit cannot be returned.
