I had ice coffee from dunkin donuts and my throat starting closing and the first time it happened I was wondering why? I stopped drinking the coffee and thought it was probably french vanilla so I tried another flavor at the same dunkin donuts and it happened again. I am so scared now because I felt like I was going to die. What do I do to figure out why this is happening. Please let me know.

just thinking of one of my message boards where people go to "general discussion" (GD) to discuss anything. politics, religion, medical emergencies.
the latter often gets met with what we call the "derpy face". And people making fun of them for going to GD first instead of handling it properly by getting real medical advice.

You can get a list of the ingrediants on the DD website - you didn't state the other flavor but here is the ingrediant list for french vanilla (scroll to bottom)

That must have been absolutely terrifying. I'm really sorry that it happened. I'm not a doctor and I'm certainly not an expert on allergic reactions, but this is what I would suggest:
First, you need to quit buying iced coffee at Dunkin' Donuts, and you probably need to quit eating anything of theirs until you're sure what you're allergic to.
Second, if this starts to happen again, you need to call 911. It is possible to die from reactions like this, and they tend to get worse over time. Don't feel as if you're blowing this out of proportion: you're not.
Third, if you have a primary care doctor, you need to get a referral to an allergist, and if you don't have a primary care doctor you need to figure out how to get in to see an allergist then, too. This needs to happen ASAP, and you should explain what has been happening to the person making the appointment if the first appointment you are offered isn't for awhile. You don't want to be referred from the emergency room after a third incident.
Fourth, you should ask Dunkin' Donuts for a list of the ingredients in those two drinks. I'm not sure I'd bring up the anaphylaxis while I was doing that, in case they might think you were going to sue them, although if they turn you down it might make sense to explain why you're asking *then*. They have almost certainly done nothing wrong; you have acquired an allergy you didn't have before, but that doesn't mean that the stuff they're serving isn't perfectly safe for almost everybody. But you also need to recognize that the problem may not be with an intended ingredient -- in any kind of food prep, small amounts of substances that are meant to go into one food end up going into another instead. For example, there may have been tiny pieces of nuts in the coffee even if nuts aren't an ingredient of either flavor, and a lot of people are allergic to nuts. Anything you get from them, though, you should take with you to the doctor's appointment.
So fifth, whether or not you are able to get a list of ingredients to take to the allergist, you need to go to the appointment and explain exactly what you've said here: you've had a couple of instances where your throat started closing after drinking different Dunkin' Donuts iced coffee flavors, and you need to know how to protect yourself from future incidents. The doctor will be able to help you with that in a way that we really can't.

Your throat started closing. Twice.
You need air to breathe. A throat that's closing up means your access to air might be cut off.
Sometimes it's best to ask your doctor instead of the internet. I mean... the internet will still be here waiting for you. But not if you fall over dead from an allergic reaction to something you ate.

So you had an obvious reaction -- potentially dangerous -- and HAD ANOTHER COFFEE? What the hell were you thinking?
You need to go to a doctor to get this diagnosed and to find out exactly what you're allergic to. The way you're going about it -- trial and error -- is NOT the way to do it.
Sheesh.

Ask for a list of ingredients for the ice coffees you have imbibed. Check for likenesses in the lists. Take this list to your doctor and discuss. Likely it is a common ingredient in all three and should not be to hard to figure out. Meanwhile, find a different morning beverage. And yes, the reaction is very scary.

Like others have said, you are probably having an allergic reaction and you need to go see a doctor about it. There is nothing Dunkin Donuts can do about it.

Have you gone to a doctor about your throat closing after drinking Dunkin Donuts ice coffee?
Sounds like you have an allergy to something in their iced coffee. I do not know what Dunkin Donuts can do for that.
Check with a doctor instead.
