not sure if this site is for canadians, but here's my complaint... sunday aug.5th we were at scarborough town centre and were disgusted with what was going on at the location.there are two fitting rooms, one upstairs and the other one downstairs. there were at least 30 peole in line to try on clothes downstairs and the upstairs fitting rooms were closed(as usual) there are also cash registers upstairs which are never opened. as well, perhaps someone should give these morons who work at this store a crash course in manners. if it wasn't for us they wouldnt have jobs!
stop making your customers wait in line for over 20 min just to try on clothes and then have them wait another 30min in line just to pay! staff need to understand we dont need/want their crappy attitude. they shuld be trained on how to treat their customers, esecially the ones in the fitting rooms.

how the fitting rooms work. Are there staff members there helping people try stuff on? Even if that's the case, what are they supposed to do if there are lots of people waiting? If two fitting rooms are open you'd still have 15 people waiting in line at each one. Does the employee set a time limit per customer? I just can't see how the staff are going to remedy lines if 30 people are trying on clothes, or how that makes them morons.

You might want to remember, it is a long weekend in Toronto, and I am willing to bet a lot of employess who couldn't get the weekend off called in "sick" either due to over-partying at Caribana or a friends party, or because they headed up to a cottage, knowing they would phone it in.
This happens all the time, especially when it is a store that hires younger people.
No - I am not discriminating, I just know enough people who do behave this way. I don't condone it either, but it is what it is.

...and can do even less about it. If the staffing levels aren't up to par and the store is this much of a mess, shop elsewhere. There are plenty of other clothing stores in a mall, and I've never seen a Forever 21 as a standalone. If enough people vote with their feet maybe they'll get the message. Probably not, corp-rats being what they are, but it's worth a try.
It's one more reason I don't shop mall stores.

I have not been to a mall store in years.
I either shop on-line, at Marshalls, at Ross, & stores like that.
Corp-rats...
From what I have read on the Internet, corporate execs want their bonus, & so they will make sure that will happen, even if store staffing levels need to be reduced.
