Very furious with bmg music services!!!

For most people, the words "music" and "enjoyment" go together, like treble and bass clefs. But my recent experience with the experience at BMG Music Services really has me riled. You don't know how furious I am!
my account number is 8547632-672 i was absolutly furious to recieve a bill for cds that i had requested for 6 months ago and i still have not recieved them. i will not pay for something that i have not recieved. i was very happy to join the bmg company now i regret doing so. i am VERY upset with this company, i will NEVER purchase anything from this company again.
I don't ever really buy music from your company, and I chose this music because of your great ads.
Quite frankly, I've had nothing but very disappointing encounters with your company. Because of this, I will never buy one of your labels again. You can be sure about this, though: I'll definitely tell my friends to steer clear of your music.
This is what I'd like to see BMG Music Services do: i would like for bmg to keep the cds for i no longer want them, i do not wish to have anything from them. i am very upset with this and my friends and realitives are also this is very poor unsatisfactory. i will never sign with your company again. for your very low unsatisfactory you have made me feel, you have lost a member for your company that enjoys listenin to music and purchasing cds, i am VERY upset with your company!!!!
As a music fan who doesn't want to continue being disappointed by disharmony, I hope you respond to this complaint soon.
