I contacted Att back in Jan. of this year and filed a complaint about the poor service. I have been with att over 9 years and never had a problem till Jan. I called customer service and they claimed the first time that nothing was showing up on their end as being wrong. Extremely poor service in our area. AT&T always gives multiple reasons.
They know there is a problem here and continue to make excuses
I pay $175 per month for service for 2 phones that I can't use to make or receive cell calls.
Fix their tower reception for this area.
