INCORRECT billing and refill setup

We recently moved our 2 prepaid phones to tracfone. In both instances I have a receipts showing a total due of $26.36 and that we are signed up for auto refill. Calls to customer service (after a long hold time) are useless, they are unable to resolve problem. Requesting a supervisor is useless, they cut me off.

Refund the overcharge and change our phones to auto refill.

I pay to have DSL from at&t in which they use Yahoo to manage the eMail. HOWEVER, Yahoo is NOT content to do the eMail but "force Ads on us" accumulating more data usage in which I, the User, am required to pay because of the Dumb, Stupid Ads I do not want or even require.
