Corporate Policies of Subcontracting Delivery & Your Website
by Andre M. of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania written to Home Depot, Inc. Posted Thu May 28, 2015 9:58 am

The store is good and the products are good and the employees are great..but the company's overall policy/processes are systemically uncaring and frustrating. Last year we purchased a newly constructed home and needed new washer dryer (along with $8-$10,000 in spending at home depot of other products and appliances). We were sold by the delivery, installation, haul away... Home Depot...

Hello,

I visited Hendrick Toyota of Wilmington NC on May 27th 2015. I had my 2001 Lexus RX300 in for a oil change and tire rotation. The dealership has a automatic car wash that at the customers request, they can clean your vehicle exterior complimentary of the dealership. I authorized my vehicle to be washed and when it was returned to me my headlamps had a dried chemical haze all over them....

I purchased one of these things and it burned out in less than a year. Then Hamilton Beach wanted me to send them $25 to ship a replacement oven to me. And then THAT ONE broke in 8 months AGAIN!
This is the WORST OVEN EVER!

Then I called them and then the dropped the price to 19.99 for shipping to replace the current toaster oven that died in 8 months.

Then they asked me to FAX my receipt....

I bought folder lock 7 for windows 8.1 from Newsoftwares.net. In the past few months I have been having problems with it too numerous to go into here. I contacted customer support and was never given any answers. I did download another version that they sent but it did not help. I told them I have locked files that I couldn't get to and did not get a response. After SEVERAL un-answered e-mails...

by Joshua E. of Oak Grove, Kentucky written to Verizon Wireless (Cell Phones) Posted Wed May 27, 2015 10:57 am

In July of 2013 I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S4 device with a two year contract. Unfortunately from the beginning the device has had non stop issues, requiring a device replacement within the first month.

Multiple replacement phones, replacement batteries, replacement chargers etc did not solve the issues. Dozens of calls to customer service and tech support yielded no satisfactory results or...

I bought an Alfani Fitted dress shirt about a year ago and wore it only five times. The fabric is coming apart in the middle of the back of the shirt making it useless. I'm surprised as every other Alfani shirt I have purchased from Macys has been excellent.

I would like Macys to replace the shirt as it should last more then five uses.

I have a 2006 HHR Chevrolet and have been happy with the car until 2014. I got home and tried to open the driver's door when the door handle came off in my hand. I was so shocked that I called my husband to come and let me out of the car. For the next week, I had to open the driver's side window, reach out, and open my door, once door was open, I then had to close window and get out before...

Today, 5/24/15, at around 5:15pm, I arrived at my neighbor 99 Cent Store to buy some flour. After going through the front door, I traveled through cashier aisle 4 (I think it was four, might have been 3). There was no one in the aisle and there was no cashier at the time. About half way through, a black cashier, Claudia, rounded the corner and stopped in my way forcing me to stop. She immediately...

Leaking drink lids!!!

It is impossible to drink a McDonald's large soda (styro cup) using the straw, without dribbling it down the front of your shirt.

Because the lids do not seal at the edge of the cup.

And no, it's not because the lid is improperly seated. Or overfilled. Or leaking out the straw hole.

If you so much as tilt any full drink cup, you will end up with a wet...

I recently lost my phone (Tracfone), bought a new one, and tried to transfer my phone number and acc't to the new phone at Tracfone.com. I discovered that I needed the serial # of the lost phone, which I could not produce because: (1) for some reason, my lost phone was not registered with them (unfortunately, I can't blame Tracfone for that), and (2) the phone is LOST!
I called Tracfone customer...

After decades of enjoying Nabisco Honey Maid Graham Crackers, I'm totally disappointed with the inferior taste of the product now that you have altered the recipe to be more "healthy". Let the public decide how to eat a healthy diet, and allow a snack to be a treat. This so very much reminds me of when Coca-Cola changed it's formula, and we all know how that turned out. Your crackers...

I to am a Oreo lover. At the age of 70 I've had my fair share of Oreo's and milk, my favorite snack. Lately the cookies in the "pull Tab" packages seem to have a lot of broken cookies, I think it's not so much the package but the change in the cookie recipe.

The cookie seems thinner and more fragile, although it taste good, it does have a different "feel" to it. Not...
