Bad Customer Policy
by Frederick B. of Prattville, Alabama written to Earthwise American Lawnmower Company Posted Wed July 30, 2014 12:27 pm

I recently took my Earthwise battery powered lawnmower to a repair shop that was the only local authorized repair shop for this mower. After approximately three weeks, Millbrook Small Motors did not resolve my problem. I made contact with the complaint department at Servantage Dixie Sales and spoke with Charlie who took her time to help me with the only resolution of taking the mower to a repair...

by Sahal L. of Windham, New Hampshire written to Delta Air Lines Posted Wed July 30, 2014 11:03 am

On July 2, 2014, my son Zachary and I were booked on Delta 1079 from Atlanta to Manchester, NH. The flight was scheduled for a 7:35pm departure. We boarded slightly behind schedule and soon after boarding were notified that there was a mechanical issue and that aircraft would not be viable to fly us to Manchester.

We went back to boarding area and waited for an update and were told there...

I am extremely upset with an exchange I had with your security while staying at your hotel in San Diego on 5th avenue
I was staying at your San Diego hotel from Tuesday-Monday. Upon arrival I was told that you would have to move me to a different room on Sunday. I was fine with this but arranged a later checkout of that room. Instead of 11:00am, I requested 12:30. I was told this was perfectly...

Last night--July 27, 2014--the power in this neighborhood went out--from 7:30 pm to 3:30 AM. The temperature in this house was 85 degrees. My wife and I are in our 80s. The situation was hazardous for our health.

There was no rain, no wind, no tree limbs had fallen on the power cables. Georgia Power had been notified by our neighbors several times about a transformer that was bashed in, too...

Today July 28, 2014 at appox 1:00 while checking out of the quick line the young cashier snatched my money from my hand and then had the nerve to turn to his cowoker and share a private conversation at my expense. I dearly love shopping at my Oak Valley Publix and myself and my family has always been treated with kindness and greeted with a smile, but today I guess someone was having a bad day. I...

My husband opened an account with DirecTV then when we separated he closed the account but he had a balance left of almost $500. Since he had used my card in the past to pay for it I had a charge of $460.33 out of the blue which over drafted my account. I called to ask what was going on and they stated that I was not an authorized user so they could not help. The only thing I could do was process...

A friend & I ate at the KFC Buffet in Pell City Alabama on U.S. 231 on 7/25 for lunch. We got there shortly after 11:00 am. As we tried to enjoy our lunch, we could hear several employees gossiping & they were doing it right where the buffet is. They were leaning all over the buffet, gossiping & breathing all in the food. I didn't even feel like I could go back to get anymore food as...

I am near your terminal in Sacramento, CA (420 Richards Blvd) and I think you may also own the land right next to where the terminal is off of Sierra Pacific. The problem is that the vacant lot is overgrown with dry brush and is a fire hazard. Adding to the fire danger is the fact that Sacramento Police department has a motorpool right across the street with a large above ground fuel tank, and...

I live 1 1/2 hour from Wilmington, DE where the flight departed. Traffic was horrendous and I arrived 35 minutes before the flight instead of an hour as planned. Wilmington is a single runway airport with only one gate, so it's not a lengthy process to get through security. I checked in for the flight online 24 hours in advance, but I did not print out my boarding pass before I arrived at the...

I purchased an item on ebay. It was sensitive photo equipment which was packaged properly i.e. with foam etc. The shipper knew what they were doing. When the item arrived the box was pretty much destroyed. It looked like it had been run over. Amazingly most of the items inside were ok, except some of the more delicate items. My thought was no problem, fedex will reimburse me for the damage....

Comcast recently instituted data caps on my service.

The caps are at 300gb/month.

This is blatant discrimination against regular users of Netflix and Hulu, and a way to try to greedily grab as much money as possible from those who choose not to subscribe to Comcast's TV service.

I am cancelling. Comcast, you don't get to cap my data. Your service is awful as is and I will not pay you...
