Gratitude to staff member Kim Hilo
by John G. of Los Angeles, California written to Wells Fargo Posted Fri October 31, 2014 2:06 pm

Hello,
I was assisted by Kim Hilo at the Wells Fargo located at 7311 N. Figueroa St., Los Angeles 90041 (Eagle Rock/Vons branch) and want the company to know how helpful she was. For complicated reasons, I needed to pay off an account overdraft and am not currently a Wells Fargo customer, but that's what made her help so extraordinary: she and the company had nothing to gain from me, and she...

On September 29th, 2014 we purchased a remote control car on the Amazon.com website. The item was a gift for our God Child for his birthday on October 10th, 2014. We received the item on October 4th, 2014.

When we went to wrap the box on October 8th we noticed that the product contents were used because the plastic packaging inside the box had already been opened then taped back up and a...

This is my third submission here related to using Verizon Wireless for our new business cell phone service. Since no one from Verizon is bothering to read or respond to these comments, I'm actually just submitting this final one for anyone else who may be considering using this service. After 1 month, 6 visits to Verizon Wireless stores and 13 calls to customer service, we still have no name...

Is not what I will ever say again.

Your sorry excuse for customer service means that you won't remove a dish that YOU installed. I "rented" this equipment and YOU want me to send you every piece of equipment. But the one piece of equipment that YOU installed on an apartment building. It would take your guys ten minutes. What if I was an elderly/disabled person that couldn't get...

Christopher Joyce called me and made an offer to set up a business meeting between myself and at least 75 realtors for a fee of $1,500. The meeting never happened and I asked for a refund which he agreed to pay. That was 2 months ago and I never received my refund. He and the members of his company will not return my phone calls or emails. I simply want a refund for services not rendered and they...

I am writing to inform you of a complaint I have about your protein bars. I am addicted to the taste and variety of flavors you have however I am displeased with the calorie content of these bars. Most of them are over 250 calories per bar! Now I love your bars but this is a ridiculous amount of calories to consume in one bar.

I think you should come out with a new line of 100 calorie bars...

I'm going to make this as concise as possible, as my experience with Verizon since October 10 has been anything but "concise." On 10/10, I requested my wife and I to be move from post-paid to prepaid to save on monthly cell charges. My wife's phone (a basic / feature phone) worked fine, but my smart phone did not. However, they terminated my pos-paid account, leaving me with no cell...

I want Sprint to STOP LYING. If you don't have the service in place, or the means to maintain it, you...

Dear Apple,
I would like to discuss about your product, the iPhone 4. I have been very satisfied with your iPhone 4 for about 4 years now. I am fully aware of the phones in competition today, but I still feel that your iPhone 4 is still #1 in my book. I am currently 16 yrs old right now, but my family and I are in a very poor situation. We were fortunate enough to afford the iPhone 4. I have...

Wrinkles...I have never seen so many wrinkles.
Soak..Put to soak, water just drains out.
Today was the worst.. I put my curtains on delicate cycle. Some have rips,
They are in awful shape. My past washer I would wash them on normal cycle,
And would come out fine.

On October 27, 2014, around 9:00 pm, I skateboard it to McDonald's (store #5806). The First thing that I didn't like from my visit is that i slip on the sidewalk and landed on my back, but i looked at the floor and it didn't looked wet. I guess that the floor/sidewalk is oily. I walked in the restaurant with pain, I order a double quarter pounder combo. I got my cup for a soft drink and the soda...

I then, a few days later, attempted to make another charge at Target. My card got another, permanent security freeze. It has been 10 days and...

You have disabled the ability of NFC payments which has made it impossible for users of Google Wallet and ApplePay to use their phones to pay. It is crazy that you would disable a secure method and switch to one that would invade users privacy and spy on their purchases / medical information for more monetary gain.

This is very shortsighted of you. People like their Apple products much more...

They replaced the headlamp the next week.
I'm still having...
