I took my computer to the Torrance store Geek dept. an employee named Daniel waited on me,my office sweet was all frozen, he diagnosed it in minutes, suggested the solution, and later in the day called me to say it was ready for pickup, he tested it with me before I left the store, and it was perfect. He was polite,effecient, and completely knowledgeable.

Placed an order on 11/07 and paid extra shipping fee to get it delivered by 11/11 (Walmart's guaranteed delivery date).
Today is 11/16. My order is no where. I checked the Walmart's site for my order status and it is still in "Processing" state.

If Walmart was not able to deliver the order on 11/11, why did they offer such service? I am very disappointed.
