Rice Krispies
by Roger W. of Santa Maria, California written to Kellogg Company Posted Thu March 5, 2015 6:15 pm

We went shopping the other day and decided to buy our favorite breakfast cereal Kellogg's Rice Krispies and after checking the box I found out that you now make this and other cereals in Mexico. REALLY ! The American worker is no longer good enough for you? Well, I put that box of cereal back on the shelf and will never buy another Kellogg product made in Mexico. By the way now do you say...

Just Want to Get My Husband's Account Information Updated
by Peggy S. of Silver Spring, Maryland written to US Airways Posted Thu March 5, 2015 3:08 pm
2 replies, Last Updated: Fri March 6, 2015 1:13 pm

Have been spending the day today getting my husband's frequent flyer information with several airlines updated. Some accounts did not have his full legal name and all had outdated email addresses, mailing addresses and phone numbers. He's just been accumulating miles and never bothering to use them. The other airlines provided some mechanism (an online form or an email address) where we could...

I am livid that I was coerced into opening an account in December. Between bank employees and my idiot neighbor I got roped into opening one. I subsequently went to the manager in January and cut the debit card up. I'm still getting a statement despite having told him to delete my information from the computer. Is this how all seniors are treated? I find this way of getting customers a poor way...

by Jamie H. of Hayward, California written to Frigidaire Home Products Posted Thu March 5, 2015 1:07 am

I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator 3 years ago, but after 14 months it died - had a leak and wouldn't stay cold. Would have been $800 to repair. Called Frigidaire and had to badger customer service into doing something. Out of the one year warranty but shouldn't a product work for longer than 14 months???!! Apparently they agreed because they gave me a rebate of a few hundred dollars towards the...

I had the pleasure of seeing a great team in action despite challenging conditions. I travel a lot for business and pleasure. The weather this year has caused all sorts of delays and travel issues. I just wanted to take the time to thank the entire Delta team for their patience and professionalism while we all endure this winter. I have had great experiences with the ticket agents, gate agents,...

Harassing Phone Calls
by Theresa K. of Long Branch, New Jersey written to Verizon Local Telephone (and FIOS) Posted Mon March 2, 2015 8:25 pm
2 replies, Last Updated: Wed March 4, 2015 7:40 am

This morning, I received a phone call from a "private caller." They would not say who they were and claimed to know me. I found this call to be both harassing and threatening. After dealing with Verizon's telephone tree (which has no option for such a thing) and being on hold, I was told I had one of two options: to block all "private callers," which would block *anyone* who...

Shortly after 5:30 PM on Monday, 2/3/15, I came into contact with a USPS mail carrier at the Pilot gas station located on 136 North Northshore Drive, Knoxville, TN 37919.

I was parking my car to enter the store, at which time the postal employee beeped his horn and motioned for me to move my car. Admittedly, parking was tight, so I motioned for him to exit the parking lot the opposite way, at...

On January 10, 2015, we went to an AT&T Wireless kiosk in the Annapolis, MD mall. We wanted to find out if one of the lines was eligible for an upgrade. The employee said yes. After completing surveys for this company for many years, I find that lately they have been gathering information from panelists and not allowing them to continue with the survey. Since the survey has not been completed, they do not have to compensate you for the time you have spent. This seems to be happening just as people reach the redemption level of $25.00
If you are lucky enough to...
