I took comfort in making a difficult ring - buying decision twice around Christmas a while back, both of those purchase being based upon your advertised ALL CAPS and HASSLE FREE Return Policy. However, just one out of two of my ring transactions with Kohl's Department Stores, although they occurred only days apart just before Christmas, seem to have been with the real Kohl's that you see in the...

How are you? I had a horrible experience with Wyndham via Microtel in Hoover AL this past weekend.

I booked a stay on Wyndham Rewards for Friday night June 17th, using 3000 points and the total was 51.30.

When I arrived at the hotel I told the rep I wanted to pay with my MC instead of the VI I booked with.

Dru could not figure out how to bill me so he charged 39.05 and 50.30 to...

The bartender put a laxative in my drink. The next day I was very ill. I made a complaint. The insurance company called and offered me $300 dollars to drop it. I did not accept the money. Instead, I am trying to find other people he may have done this too.

Admit it did happen.

I bought a PayDay Candy bar yesterday in a liquor store in Palm Avenue Chula Vista, when I open the package the peanuts looked odd, after a bite the taste was not good, when I unwrapped the pay day I saw it was full of warms, I threw it out of my car but I am very annoyed, I will not buy another pay day candy bar in my life.

slingtv by dish network.........local now channel.....location issues
by Rob Z. of White Deer, Pennsylvania written to Dish Network (Echo Star) Posted Wed June 22, 2016 2:50 pm

I have been subscribed to your slingtv about a week now but one annoyance with it is the local now weather changing locations to different regional cities. You should build in something like weather.com so that the user can input a zip code or city name for the weather. Quite often the regional radar map doesn't even show my town. The map is cut off short of my location. Also I would assume...

I deposited a 14K check into my account on 6/17. The teller flat-out told me that, because of the large amount, a hold would be placed until 6/21 and the funds WOULD be available on that day. Come 6/21, I get an email saying yet another hold was placed on my account until 6/23. SO, I call customer care and the woman on the phone not only states that they will not remove the hold, but because PNC...

I was aware my insurance would not cover any costs as they were not part of BCBS. I also knew that the initial visit fee was $49. I agreed to these terms and initialed the intake paperwork for a new patient. After the exam, I was asked to schedule my "results" meeting with the Dr. I did so. I was never asked to make payment for the initial exam.

The next day I called to cancel...

On Monday, June 20, 2016 at about 4:45pm my boyfriend and I and 2 year old son decided to eat dinner at the Perkins Restaurant 4201 W 78 St off Highway 494 and France Ave. We usually go to this location on weekend mornings when it is extremely busy and people are waiting outside. customer service doesn't know the calendar
by Letitia R. of Greenville, South Carolina written to Tracfone Wireless, Inc Posted Mon June 20, 2016 12:00 pm

I originally called about billing but it turned into something else. Maria, a supervisor, told me that April had 31 days and when I disagreed, she told me "to go look at a calendar" because I couldn't count. I asked to speak to the floor supervisor, Lew, who told me my billing had changed because March only has 30 days.
Are you kidding me?

Get your act together and fire these idiots.

It took 2 weeks so I went back in to find out what was going...

Please fix your roaming service in Israel - you have a major issue and it matters to many of your customers

Dear Sir,

Loyal customer - very frustrated with roaming quality in Israel.

I travel frequently abroad and recently had to spend time in a project in Israel. T-Mobile roaming in Israel is (paradoxically, given the level of technology here) terrible. The service gets disconnected and constantly goes in "no service mode" in the middle of the financial district of Tel Aviv.

Went back yesterday (June 14, 2016) and discovered there was only $12.01 left on the card instead of $22.01. We emailed the company (the only way you can find the usage history of the card) and discovered that someone gave themselves a...
