Curious if using PFB actually gets responses? Here's some recent examples of letters to which companies responded. These represent situations where PFB receives a copy of the response. In many cases, companies respond directly to the consumer without copying PFB.

It's always a pleasure to talk about companies that respond to PFB user feedback.
And there are several that do.
In fact, there are some that even send us copies of their correspondence with PFB users.
Such as:
Netflix (damaged disk and mailing issues)
Knology (billing issues)
Dollar General (organizational issues)

VERIZON WIRELESS A PFB user wrote a letter to Verizon Wireless in which she complained that Verizon Wireless didnt value its customers because it wouldnt let her get a new wireless phone at a discounted price because she was already a customer. Verizon wrote the following email to us:
