Abysmal tech support experience

Last night I called tech support b/c my OJ6600 wasn't working. The 1st call was disconnected; the 2nd call resulted in 30 min. of unsuccessful support; the agent said he'd call me back within 15 minutes. It is now the next day and he never called!
