Horrible Customer service my friend

I own a dell laptop. The charger all of a sudden stopped working, the blue light on it stopped coming on and of course my computer could no longer charge. I wasnt too surprised because the same thing randomly happened with my battery. But i called over a month ago to set up and have a new charger sent to me. I didnt write down a reference...

I made a complaint to Dell and got an email from them saying the email address my letter was sent to is not valid. They offered up options that were similar to the one I had a problem with. Is there another email address or maybe a mailing address you know of?

I was having issues with my dell adamo 13 trackpad, and i called dell to get it replaced. I spent about 1.5 hours on the phone with them, (got transferred about 7 times) hardly understanding a word they say (sounded Asian) About 20 minutes of that was arguing with them that it is not good enough if they send me a USB external mouse:(

I purchased a mini netbook, a printer and a portable hard drive. They all had to be shipped separately.
