an expedia agent failed to write in an email that Delta had agreed to over-ride their bike shipping rules, and would allow me to check in my bike, after riding it to the airport in st. louis for a flight to west palm, fl., for a fee of only $15. This provided I sign a waiver liability at check in, and not check other luggage.
