1. I booked a flight for two at 9am Saturday 10th June. The lastminute.com system added insurance for the flight without prompting or my request. The system relies on the user to click in a tick box to remove the insurance and the option displays off the bottom of a browser on a 15' monitor running 800/600 pixels.

Booked a weekend break with Lastminute.com - paid and had it confirmed and then when we wanted to check in at Heathrow Easter weekend we were told that this has been cancelled - no email reached us and only telephonic confirmation that we have been refunded - emails from this company is just the usual standard letters
