Hurray! ST finally got my number straight this past Saturday. The
person who worked on my account got corrected in 30 minutes what a
slew of others could not for 30 days. A Straight Talk rep. actually
called me today to follow up on my previous letter. I feel much better
now that everything seems to be working, and I truly appreciated a

I wanted to buy two more lines on my plan. I proceeded to do so on line and system errores accured so I called the 800 number for sales and spoke to a rep who then proceeded to add the lines and 3 way call a customer service rep to change my plan so I could add min to the 4 line. I already have 2 lines and have been a customer since May of 2008...

I own a Blackberry 9700 with a speaker that goes in and out. I have 5 months left on the warranty and am already out of contract. I called to do a warranty exchange for the exact same phone and I was told that a warranty can't be offered since AT&T doesn't support my software version.
