Enterprise Treats Us Like Second Class Citizens

Initially the telephone customer service person I dealt with in late September was wonderful, she told me of all my options and then when I told her I wanted the car to drive to Las Vegas, she told, to wait until after 1 October and I would be able to rent with unlimited mileage from an airport. This would save me about 500.00 so I was very happy....

Poor Customer service at Budget in Kansas City

I had a reservation at Budget in the Kansas City airport on October 2nd. When I arrived, I was told there were no cars. So even though I had a confirmation number, I was not able to pick up my car at Budget. The person at the counter did not offer to help me find a car elsewhere, did not offer anything.

We made a reservation (RT0CD7) online to pick up a car on Sept 4 and return on Sept 7. We brought our confirmation receipt and Entertainment coupon (one free weekend day) to the Enterprise location in Dickson, TN where we live. I rented the car online (my mistake) threw Budget Car Rental, for Detroit MI. The total cost was $260.00 for 5 days. When we arrived in Detroit(with no other opions) I was told that my Visa was also a debit card so because of that they had to charge $400.00 instead of the amount that was agreeded upon.
