I wrote, via your website, about the discount you refuse to give to Disabled American Veterans yet you give to active and retired military. I was ignored by the company and was referred to a third party to voice my complaint. Of course, I received no response regarding my complaint from the company or the third party. I was in your store a few weeks ago for your free Build and Grow workshop for kids. It was Monster Truck day and there was a lot of chaos. All the boxes hadn't been shipped or couldn't be located and the store ran out of trucks before my daughter received hers. They gave out substitutes but that paled in comparison to what my daughter expected....

MY CREDIT CARD WAS CANCELED BY YOUR UNDERWRITING BANK,,CITIBANK. THE PAYMENTS WERE ALWAYS ON TIME,THE CREDIT LINE NEVER OVER THE LIMIT. NO RESPONSE FROM YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE ON ANY LEVEL AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO HAVE SOMEONE CONTACT ME.
