Stayed at a Best Western Hotel in Sedona in December 2009 and thought we had excellent service up until we came home with a case of lice! I am writing to express my disappointment in my stay at the Embassy Suites located in downtown Orlando. I didn't have high expectations for this hotel as I know Embassy Suites is not a luxury brand. Two years in a row in the same hotel I have been charged for using the 'refreshment center." However, neither year was anyone anywhere near the mini-bar. Both times when I called the hotel, the charge was reversed, but it makes me wonder if part of this is fraud and they are hoping that no one notices the extra charge on their bill.

If you book your Las Vegas vacation though Orbitz and select the Imperial Palace Hotel and Casino, BEWARE. Because we have had good experiences with Holiday Inn, I made a reservation with the Inn in Lampasas, Texas. Check in was good and the staff friendly. However, the room was horrible.
