Sprint wireless internet card service speed almost unuseable

I have been with sprint for both wireless service and internet broadband cards since the broadband cards came on the market and even longer for wireless service. I dumped my cell phone service with spring (although I still keep my wifes phone on sprint) due to the complete incompetence of call center and in store representatives to be of any help...

I access my email from AOL through Brighthouse Cable. Aol is part of my service plan with them. I keep getting locked out of aol. It will not accept any password or security answers. I take spells where I cannot stay connected. I call technical support and they can find nothing wrong so they send a technician to my house to check my wiring and they can find nothing wrong.
