Continuous - repeated service failures

over the last several days, AOL will suddenly freeze all activity, then shut down with a pop-up message saying that and error has occurred and the service is closing.
Hire back the 100 staffers and have them fix this problem,

We had some issues with our Qwest Bill over the weekend and ended up paying it twice. >.< Silly us! It finally went though out Bank yesterday, so today (11/12/2009)I called to have it sorted out. I spoke with Zack(Zach?) in Boise, ID. And explained our situation.

I signed up in Nov 2008, Got a quote for $680, plus taxes. First bill was correct, each bill after that kept growing. My sales guy couldn't be bothered to help. Billing just wants to bill, I stopped the service after 5 months and went back to my old provider. If I pay their last demand letter, I will have paid $8200 for 5 months service,...

I signed up for service on friday july 31 and took the unit home and was not able to get a signal. I returned the unit back to phil deusche on sauturday august 1st and he assured me that my credit card would not be charged for the transaction and that there would not be any charges made to my credit card. Qwest offered a bundle deal which was landline and internet provider.
