On about March 26,2008 I complained about loss of coverage with T-Mobile. Within about 2 days I got a call and was allowed to cancel without early cancellation fee. Thanks to T-Mobile for doing the right thing and to Planetfeedback for letting them know what the "right thing" was.

I would like to thank the persons involved with creating this business. Over the years I have had several issues with unprofessionalism and tainted products from companies. Using planetfeedback, I have gotten responses EVERY time. Some companies have a-holes for responders when you have complaints, however that does not take away from the efforts...
