Posted Thu December 4, 2008 2:24 pm
4 replies, Last Updated: Fri December 5, 2008 1:25 pm

With all the bad press Target is getting on this site, I just wanted to submit something positive. This summer I traveled to Rocky River, Ohio, for my cousin's wedding. Upon getting there, I realized I forgot the belt that went with my dress (a wide, accessory belt - purely fashion, no function). I ran up to Target inside Westgate Mall and...

I am sending this letter to tell you what a wonderful job Carri at the Best Buy in Bel Air, MD did this evening. I believe she is a manager at the store, but I'm not sure if she's the store manager or manager of a specific department. I was in the store purchasing a tv when my son decided to throw a horrible tantrum because he didn't want a tv...

On about March 26,2008 I complained about loss of coverage with T-Mobile. Within about 2 days I got a call and was allowed to cancel without early cancellation fee. Thanks to T-Mobile for doing the right thing and to Planetfeedback for letting them know what the "right thing" was.

My husband ordered for me with Nordstrom Online a Francesco Biasia Handbag as a Christmas present, which was delivered in a timely manner. However, only after two days of use, the lock fell apart..... Instead of returning the handbag to Nordstrom on-line, I visited the Nordstrom Store at the Circle Center in Indianapolis, returning the handbag at...

A couple of days ago, I signed a contract with Sprint PCS. I first called to get information in order to try to reduce the time I had to spend in the store. I talked with a young lady named Nik at your 71st and Lewis store in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I read Nik a list of features that I needed in my cell phone and a list of the features that my wife needs...

Perhaps it's time to involve an attorney..... Dell has no customer service. No one at Dell can access my payment history beyond 12 months. I've called many times, I've done the chat, I've sent email. They just will not allow me to talk with anyone in the USA who has real access to my account. I went up 5 levels in customer service - requesting to...
