I found my parts at on their web-site. printed out their order form that had my part #'s preprinted on it with prices. it also had $5.50 printed for shipping. I gave them my credit card # and mailed in the form. I rec'd 1/2 of the order. my vacuum is no good w/o both parts. they charged me more for the part and for shipping than on the form....

We have purchased 2 Zunes for around $500 and Microsoft is extruding $30 per month for Zune software to continue letting us listen to music. My understanding is that when we pay exorbitant prices, for equipment with the understanding service is not needed for $30 per month which equates to $360 per year for this product.
