Bad approach

Posted Tue January 2, 2007 6:31 pm, by Thomas K. written to Interstate Gas Supply

In December of 2006 I called to cancel my contract with this company. I was told to call back after the first of the year to avoid a penalty. I called back on January 3 2007, and the representative sated that I should wait another 30 days to cancel. I said no, and they should cancel it now. I was given a ten minute run around until I stated that I would inform the public service commission of this issue, if the contract is not cancelled at this time. One should not have to go through this when the customer has met all the requirements.

Cease and desist from this type of approach with customers.

How could you have called them on Jan 3 2007 when it is Jan 2 2007
