TT Business 2011 has a gltch.....

I have a tax return due on Thursday and the program, TT Business for 2011 won't work properly, I need help immediately. I have tried to install an upgrade and I cannot get it to install either from outside the program or within and I have tried to uninstall it and it won't uninstall. I am desperate.

I need a tech to call me and work through a solution with me. I need this on Wednesday as soon as possible.
