Terrible renewal and refund policy!

OK, my mistake for not monitoring, but apparently i have been charged $170 per year for 3 years for efax by j2 for an account i no longer use, with no notification of the charge before or after! When i called to cancel my account, they refused to credit the recently charged year, until i escalated to a supervisor (after a 20 minute wait on hold!). Glad to see there are other competitors out there, will never use efax again.

Change your policy and notify your customers before automatically billing them! And refund when someone cancels!
