Hi,
I had an appointment with the JCP salon in Columbia, SC at the Village of Sandhills last week on January 7, 2010 at 6:00PM for a shape up of a haircut and shampoo. My stylist is Verna Love. Verna is an exceptionally great stylist, but my complaint is concerning the manager, Linda.

JCPenney is ripping off its credit customers with obscene fees and not posting payments properly.
If your employees cannot post payments when they are supposed to, that is on them, not your customers. I should not have your obscene fees on my account because of your employees incompetence.
They posted payments by mail on January 1. One day after they were due, so there were late fees...

I purchased a West Point electric blanket for my son's room, on sale iduring the summer.
Got a great deal because it was "summer" - put the blanket away in the cupboard & got it out the other day since the weather has changed.
I received an E3 message & the thing won't work.

I purchased an Armitron watch from JC Penney in August of 2008. With the watch, I also purchased the insurance care plan with the watch. The watch was purchased at the Natick, Massachusetts store.
