Today I went JC Pennys in Hanford, Calif.about 10:00 AM to purchase some cloth. I went to the service counter to purchase my cloth but no one was there, went to another service counter & again no one there, then I went to jewelry, again no one there. Finally I went to the 4th counter & explain to that girl that I needed help at the clothing counter, her reply was that (oh she's waiting on someone on the floor now but will be right there shortly.) I asked her if she could get someone else there because there were 4 other customers waiting in line to get checked out, she said she would but went back & waited 15 more minutes & no one came so me & 2 other customers walked out. Don't think I will go back again! I should have walked out with the cloth, maybe then someone would have been there to help me....

Hire more help or have some type of a camera on each service check out counter to see when someone is waiting & no one around to help
