Dockers Free Flight Ticket

Posted Fri May 16, 2008 7:34 am, by Mary G. written to JCPenney Company, Inc.

I bought $125 worth of Docker merchandise last June and received a voucher for the free ticket. I have submitted my voucher to receive a ticket and have yet to get my ticket. I followed all of the conditions that were established on my end of the deal now I expect the company who issued the vouchers to hold their end of the deal.

I know of other customers who have also submitted their voucher and have not received their ticket. After researching this offer on the internet, it appears that there are quite a few people in the same situation.

I am disappointed that JCPenney would promote this type of a deal if the company is not legitimate.

I would like my free flight voucher or my money refunded.

I also fell victim to Dockers claims of offering a free flight. We
submitted our forms in March, and are scheduled to travel next week.
But, alas no plane tickets and no idea whether we should cancel or
keep our fingers crossed.

My mom and I both have experienced the same thing and just this week,
if you call the 800 number it says their office is closed. I to am
disappointed in JCPenny and Dockers for putting their names on such a
scam.

I am also in the same boat as your are. I contacted the dockers
customer service hotline (1-800-362-5377) and they seem to be willing
to help me resolve the problems that I am having with TLC. Also, you
can contact the office of John Anderson, who is the President/CEO of
Levi Strauss (They own the Dockers Brand), at the address listed
below.

The best I came up with after reviewing bulletin boards is:

Complaints to JCP and Dockers go nowhere. TLC is the clearinghouse
that handled the mailings.
Complaints filed with the Boston BBB (bosbbb.org) have resulted in
people being called or emailed by TLC within a few days.

Good luck. This is getting late in the game, and I hope you can get
it straightened out.
