Dockers/TLC Marketing free travel promotion

As a customer of yours, I purchased Docker's brand products from JC Penney, purchasing additional quantities in order to participate in the free airline ticket promotion being offered in conjunction with DOckers and TLC Marketing. After my purchase, I submitted the required paperwork and was sent a voucher for my free ticket. I continued to follow the guidelines for participation and submitted my voucher to TLC Marketing within the specified deadline.

As I have yet to receive a ticket or even communication from TLC Marketing, JC Penney, or Dockers about this, I contacted the Dockers Concierge Service at 866-377-4084 as directed. They offer only a recording that indicates I will be called by July 3rd, 2008. It is now July 8th, 2008. Calls to the main telephone number at TLC Marketing yielded a recording indicating that they were closed for the 4th of July holiday and would re-open yesterday.

Encourage your partners, Dockers and TLC Marketing, to make good on their promise of free travel vouchers. Insist that TLC Marketing communicate with your customers and provide them with the promised rewards. Do not let TLC Marketing or their mishandling of the promotion details tarnish your reputation with your customers.

Since I have not heard from any representative, after having met the
terms and conditions of the free flight offer, I called the number
listed on their website (same as the one above) and it is now
disconnected. Please inform me when a class action suit is forth
coming.

Same Issue, When I last spoke to someone they told me they expanded
the promotion to 7/31/2009. This seems like BS. I'd gladly help out in
a class action

JUST ADD MY NAME AND MY HUSBANDS NAME TO THE LIST AND MY HUSBAND IS
PLANNING TO CONTACT A LAWYER -AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS - THE WE'VE KEPT
THE RECORDS OF THE CALLS THAT WE MADE. I'VE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED
AS I AM IN DOCKER - THAT THEY WOULD BE ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH A FAKE
PROGRAM. PLEASE HELP WITH THIS - WE PURCHASED ENOUGH CLOTHES THAT WE
SHOULD HAVE 2 TICKETS.

TAKING IT FURTHER,
THE ROGERS FAMILY.

Well, here it is December 2008 and I am still waiting for my airline
vouchers. We were supposed to fly to Florida for Christmas, but it
isn't going to happen. Originally I was told they sent out the flight
vouchers and they never arrived - it's because they never sent them.
After many calls and law suit threats I received my vouchers. Now it's
the same problem with the actual tickets. I'm tired of making
unanswered phone calls and getting no where. It's time for a Class
Action Law Suit. How do we get this started?

My mom, my husband and I all purchased Dockers in order to get free
airline tickets.(2 seperate households) My mom and I received vouchers
but my husbands never came in spite of me calling and mailing letters
to TLC. We went ahead and sent the vouchers in on time but have yet
to receive a call or our tickets or any response from TLC. The
conceirge told us the dates to fly were extended to June 2009 and it
was posted on the website as well. I've called TLC twice and left name
and numbers but no one has returneed my calls. I'll try again tomorrow
but I'm up for a class action lawsuit if we don't get our tickets. Our
travel was scheduled for October.
TLC Marketing phone number 617-788-9600. Good luck getting a human!

We are also awaiting our tickets. We have spoken to the TLC rep. in
the past, they repeatedly said that yes, all paperwork had been
properly submitted, and someone would contact us.
Now, when I call the TLC number, I get a recording and no options
available to speak to anyone.
I will keep monitoring this posting and update.
Thanks,
Doug

Everybody who has been hit by this should email Levi Strauss's
customer complaint email system.

If Levi's (who owns Dockers) realizes that TLC did not perform as they
were supposed to, maybe they will make it up to their customers.

You are not alone. I also was stiffed for the free hotel stay from
TLC. I called concierge services more than 10 times and they were
always nice but had no information for me.
They told me TLC would get back to me.
My vacation came and went and I had to stay somewhere else, but nobody
from TLC ever called.
I emailed them but have so far gotten no response.
TLC is reported the largest travel incentive company in the world,
there is no reason why they should not be able to fulfill requests
like this.

Since this is clearly a Dockers promotion, everyone on this board
should email Dockers to complain.

Also somebody should contact a class action lawfirm and see if there
is some kind of mass breach action that can be taken.

Hi,

I am also waiting on two of the Dockers promotions- the airfare and
hotel. I have repeatedly called the Dockers concierage number (866)
377-4084, but they claimn that there is nothing that they can do and
they don't have a phone number for TLC. Does anyone have an address
or phone number for TLC?

Thank you.

Renee

I have had exactly the same experience. In fact, the only way I could
even get the voucher was to contact the Attorney General's Office of
the Commonwealth of Massachussetts who put pressure on TLC to release
the voucher. (They were very familiar with the firm from previous
shenanigans). Now I am waiting breathlessly for this "automated phone
call" which "began July 3rd" and will offer me 3 options: $125 (my
money back), $150 in dining coupons or (allegedly) the free flight. My
flight request was for July 27 and is already the 15th and I bet this
call never comes. Are they incompetent or just dishonest?

According to this:

Some customers have had luck in getting Dockers/Levis gift
certificates buy playing the attorney card with TLC. Worth a try.
