Poor quality control/large bone fragments

My 10-year old was eating a sausage and pancame on a stick product, and spit out a large bone fragment. We had his teeth checked to ensure it wasn't a piece of tooth; it wasn't. He proceeds to tell me this isn't the first time he has bit down and hit a chunk of bone from the sausage. We will be removing these products from our home as I can't afford to incur dental bills should any of my children break a tooth from this.

Be more aware of quality inspection. Come up with a process to insure this doesn't happen to other customers.

It was probably a fragment from the STICK the product was on.
